I am a Mum living in Melbourne, Australia, that loves God and wishes to “leak” Heaven as I go, wherever I go.
It was suggested back in 2010 that I should blog accounts of God’s Goodness, and my personal walk with God – acts of obedience in the every day context of life. It was at the time a novel idea… listen to God and obey 🙂
The idea was to highlight God’s goodness; His kindness; His mercy; His sense of humour; His love; His joy and His passion – for us and for those around us. There is a sheer joy, sense of excitement and fun as we co-labour with God. I can attest that if I can do this … anyone can!
These stories include amazing startling joyful ‘wins’ and the not so great but incredibly beneficial ‘learning experiences,’ which I still call ‘wins,’ but the world would call a ‘fail’.
If you read these stories, especially in order you will see how the walk changes, and how the walk actually becomes about you, rather than about the people you are stopping for. The journey of obedience as you go, and stopping for the one, I now believe is more about your growth, although people are touched by God as you step out.
So, I encourage any of you to give walking with God a go … and watch as God goes to work … in and through you. If you are anything like me you will be shocked, amazed and delighted at what He is willing to do in and through you …
Its fun and it sure beats anything else I have done … because …
